  • Work will begin once initial payment (or deposit) is received.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All original design work remains the property of The Bold Brand until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Bold Brand retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
  1. Client Responsibilities
     Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to ensure smooth project completion.
  2. Liability
     The Bold Brand is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our designs, strategies, or recommendations.
  3. Termination
     Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work up to termination will remain payable.
